On 27 m² you can expect a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a bright bathroom with a shower, a living area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, SAT-TV, WiFi and a secure parking space directly at the property ensure a relaxed stay. On the 10 m² terrace, you can enjoy the sun, step directly into the garden or simply let the evening end while grilling. Pets are welcome, with a small additional fee charged for the stay. The holiday apartment is located only about 600 m from the sandy beach, perfect for relaxed days by the sea. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities such as bicycle rental, pedal boating or a high ropes course. A children's playground and diverse activities make the location ideal for families. Public transport is within walking distance, the surroundings are quiet and surrounded by plenty of greenery, ideal for relaxation and walks. The holiday home itself has a well-maintained garden with a lawn, paddling pool, sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols and a children's playground. Barbecue facilities are available and can be used as desired.
