Staff responsive. We had a fire dectector issue that was resolve on the second trip to the room! Overall good accommodations.

Upon arriving property was nice, clean surroundings and pleasant. Room on other hand was full of issues, from mysterious stain on couch, mildew smell that lingered in room, bathroom sink not working at all, and tv having to be serviced do to no signal upon multiple restarts.

I would never stay at this property. While in town traveling for work my coworkers and I felt very unsafe. One of our rooms had to safety lock on the door. The other room we were given was dirty and when we complained we were given keys to someone else’s room. We tried 3 different room options and finally decided we did not feel comfortable at this hotel. The manager refused to give us any kind of refund even after we explained our safety concerns.

I arrived 25 minutes ahead of check in and the person working the front desk would not assist me until exactly 3pm. I wanted to use the pool as I had 2 little kids with me and I was provided with any assistance.

There was a constant smell of marijuana inside the hotel, especially in the lobby and hallways. The staff identified at least 1 guest who was responsible, but did nothing to remedy this. Also, there was a Little League group who completely monopolized the pool for the entire day and other guests were unable to utilize this amenity. Management didn't do much to enforce Quiet Time - Banging and running on 3rd floor lasted til 2 a.m. Management of breakfast was poor - running out of items by 8 a.m. We have stayed at many of your properties around the country and this was by far the worst stay.

We had a very nice stay. The pool and fitness room looked descent but we didn't get to use either. Friendly staff. Large, clean room. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great Stay
We stayed at the hotel for a quick visit and we were blown away by the cleanilness and friendliness of the staff. The room was very big and compfortable - one of the best beds I have slept on in a hotel. I felt safe and parking lot was well lit. 100%, I would recommend this hotel.
