We had a fabulous stay! From our check in with Melissa to an amazing breakfast the next morning, it was our best hotel experience in a very long time. Our room was super spacious, spotless and so quiet! We had the large, clean pool all to ourselves. We were impressed with the quality and quantity of breakfast offerings. We can’t wait to return!

The property has been updated, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s in a safe area with plenty of parking, which was a big plus. However, housekeeping was a disappointment. Even after requesting service at the front desk, no one came until the fourth day of our stay. Also, they were surprisingly stingy with toilet paper—we ended up having to go out and buy our own. Overall, decent stay, but the service could definitely be improved.

Clean and Comfortable Hotel Close to Newport

Really nice hotel! Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a lot bigger than expected and the closet area by the bathroom was so nice to have. The breakfast buffet was better than what most hotels offer. If we are ever in the area visiting RI again I would definitely come back to this hotel. The price was was worth what we got.

Overall, excellent hotel to stay at. Very clean and great service. This is the second time we've stayed here for a vacation and highly recommend. Having a full kitchen is a definite convenience and the location of the hotel is great: right where we wanted to be. The beds are definitely firm so something to be aware of if that's a concern for you. Also, showers are somewhat narrow if you're a bigger person but still workable. However, on the whole, the hotel checks all our boxes and we've enjoyed both our stays there.

Comfortable and convenient.

It started a tiny bit rocky because they didn't read my messages about connecting rooms with my business associate and messed that up. We did not have that. However, the young desk clerk, Star, was incredibly friendly, helpful, sweet and courteous, and went out of her way to make the experience better. Honestly, she should get a raise for her ability to diffuse and turn a rocky situation into a soft and comfortable one. The rooms were excellent too.
