We had a very positive experience with this hotel. The staff were kind, helpful and very responsive, and the communication was excellent. What particulary stood out was how helpful they were when we needed to arrange a taxi for my sister. Even though I was communicating with the hotel remotely, they were very patient and helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. That kind of personal attention really makes a difference. The hotel is also clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, and we were very happy with the overall experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Great front desk staff, very accommodating. Location is close to downtown about 15-20min walk and the on-site restaurant has amazing food.

Rooms were clean and well stocked, staff at the check in were very warm and friendly. The restaurant overlooks the airport runway so you get a great view while eating. The service at the restaurant is quick and food was ready in less than 20 minutes for a table of 3. Overall great customer service.

For a first time at this property it was really nice. Great view from the adjacent restaurant of the airport. After the last airplane left it was relatively quiet.

Maria at the reception welcomed us like family. Spacious room with great views (of the airport but that's why we are here). Small restaurant on the property with great coffee and local breakfast options.

Good for airport layovers.

The location to the airport was very good but the price for quality/standard of the property was too overpriced.

It is very close to airport, which makes it convenient to walk to gate but also a downside for noise level from air traffic.

Good place for airport stop overs

Deceptive little gem of a hotel. It’s close to the airport so a short walk and a set of steps but the reward is a bar at the top with great food and lovely staff. It’s an airport hotel mainly - not close to beaches or anything but if you have a stopover to fly to Grand Turk it’s just great. Yes, the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The shower does get warm - but check with the nice manager to show you its foibles. … and the trip with the bags to the airport is downhill!

PLS convenience

Perfect for airport stopovers as it's just 10 mins walk away, and overlooks the runway. Just the last 50m is quite steep and the final 10m flat but a little rough, although no probs if you can walk okay and/or have a rollerbag. Breakfast will need to be requested and is cooked but simple, and the internet doesn't yet extend to all rooms. There's an adjoining open-air bar and restaurant. But it was quiet thru the night despite its proximity to the runway!
