“We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. The front staff only spoke Italian and the online contact did not provide any assistance after several emails asking for a……

“Host responded quickly to any requests and was very helpful. Great a/c. Tram was close but 10 min walk. Great coffee bars/bakery and grocery nearby. Very walkable neighborhood”

“Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. ”

“Daniele hat uns zum vorher ausgemachten Zeitpunkt in der Wohnung erwartet, uns alles erklärt und die tip-top saubere und ruhige Wohnung übergeben. Für den Abreisetag half er uns, ein punktliches Großraumtaxi für die Rückreise zu organisieren! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, von der aus wir bequem mit dem Bus in die Stadtmitte gekommen sind, sehr genossen.”

“La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire………

“We had a really great stay at Danilo's apartment. We are a family of five, including three kids (two teenagers and an 11-year-old). There were three bedrooms, one of which seemed to be a kind of living room with a pull out bed that my son said was very comfortable. Because there are essentially two large living rooms in the apartment, we still had a place to hang out together, watch a movie (Gladiator!, which was on SkyTv). Very large balcony which was nice. We really like the neighborhood……
