"We had an issue with the shower drain, which was resolved by switching rooms. However, our second room had a similar problem. We later figured out the issue wasn't the drain itself, but rather the showerhead not fully switching from the handheld to the overhead setting, causing too much water to come out at once. Aside from that, everything was great. The evening staff guy was a bit rude/frustrated as we raised the drain issue in the second room. I think there was a language challenge in the mix as well."

A couple of things could use improvement: the elevator is quite old and really needs an upgrade, and the carpet on the stairs should be replaced. These small changes could make a big difference in the overall impression."

"OH MY GOSH! We loved this place! Our host and owner was a wealth of information and extremely hospitable. After traveling for three weeks we were pretty worn out and in need of some comfort we had been missing. This was the place. The room was huge, big enough for three people. The shower and bathroom were huge. The AC worked great. Everything was just perfect and clean. We will definitely be back. Perfect location! "

"We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last dozen years when visiting Rome and each time we leave racing about how amazing a stay we had and this time was no exception . The service from the front desk to house keeping to the restaurant staff ( great food ) to the service at the pool are all 5 star ! The rooms are a tiny but small but you don’t notice it as much because of the balconies . My recommendation is to ask for POOL view - it’s well worth it . "
