Property needs some refreshing, not pleasant small inside the hotel. The management doesn't respect the Expedia Platinum membership for VIP upgrade or any extras. They did not respond for my earlier request for upgrade or something extra for an ouers anniversary. They sent me an offer for $11 pay for room upgrade and $33 for late check-out. After my complain in front desk they did not charge for resort fees- thank you.

The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. However after checkout I didn’t receive any refund after multiple follow ups. Thus folks beware about what you are booking and what reservation you will get.
