Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly.

Shower was meh. The faucet plate was loose, didn’t like the soap etc dispenser on the wall. Getting out of the shower left a lot of water on the floor. Coffee machine didn’t work, had to buy Starbucks (don’t like their coffee). Not enough help working the food area, woman was trying her best but appeared to be rushing around & apologizing. Very chaotic. Didn’t like the heating unit, room temperature was too hot tried to figure best way for comfort.
