“The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. “We rented the place for two days with Expedia and they had overbooked, due to some problems with the platforms (Expedia & Vrbo). The owner was kind and offered our family a upgrade with another apartment that was available (meaning I'm talking about another apartment).The place was gorgeous, and the rooftop terrasse is a real plus! “We experienced Puebla for the first time and this home was the perfect place to stay. The historic nature of the building was what first got us interested. But it has also been updated for modern comfort. Very spacious for a large group, plus it’s walking distance from the center of town.
