“The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. The upstairs bathroom did not flush, and there was ant invasion which was promptly addressed ”

“First time in Puebla and guessed where would be convenient to our event. The hotel was as pictured. We are non-Spanish speakers with only a minimum of words. The check-in was quick and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was. Spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice. The room service was good and affordable and there was a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks drinks for much less than in the US. This is a sustainable hotel with LEDs,……
