“We were negleted by the staff. Shower door was not clossing and water was all over, we used the towels and call for more towels they said they were coming and never did. It was only one toilet paper roll and we ask for more they never show up until one day before leaving, we bought our own toilet paper we decided not to complain any more and got our detergent for the towels. Thinking twice before going back.”
