She has been very helpful all the time. She is also very caring and always checks with us to see if we have any need. We stayed there for a couple of nights and then went to other places of Yunnan. "Little hard to find this hotel, but the owner was so friendly and very efficient. Staff were incredibly helpful and generous with their advice. Also, the owner introduced the torist attraction and helped us to order the tickets, which provided us a wonderful day in Jade Dragon Sonw Mountain. Very appricated! A big downside is the paper-thin walls which meant that we could hear the noise of the neighbouring guests very clearly.
