“The reason for this trrrible review is this. We bookedvthis motel about 3 weeks prior. When we arrived to book in we wete informed that thetr was no hot water in the room. We were offered the opportunity to stay but we would have to have cold showers. What really annoyed us that no one had botjrred to contact us about it beforr we arrived.
