“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Everything was just like advertised. Ideal location. Friendly people. Beautiful pool area. We watched the whales jump from our patio which was amazing. The grounds were well maintained. Regretfully the weather was rainy and cloudy. The resort area had 56 inches of rain in March. Hopefully Mother Nature will be more cooperative next trip. ”

“Overall was an amazing experience, the location was great. The only thing we didn’t like was that the cleaning was very minimal. Dishes were not cleaned properly and random things like tv remotes were greasy and not cleaned properly as well. Other than that, everything was great!”

“We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able……
