“Location of property is great, close to shopping and dining. Staff is very friendly and offered cart ride to shopping center when we appreciated. The property offered fun family activities for the kids almost daily. Aside from those positives, our stay started out rough as we opened up extra bedding bag to make up the sofa bed for our kids, there were several dark red STAINS all over the sheets - I was shocked and disgusted they would prepare this for new guests. "员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
