“the photos show you what your getting. the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club has been around. Beach is smaller than it use to be. lot of erosion. property well kept up. just gets the quick clean and is fine but not spotless. basics are well done. room is well supplied with basics to keep it nice, do laundry and run the dish washer. kitchen well stocked. had. great week. convent to the parking garage. the negs: porch is small. and the handrail is eye height when sitting out there. room is way different……

“Property was beautiful, rooms were perfect. Beach was also great with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Cleaners were too thorough in the kitchen- leaving zero condiments, coffee or any staples; but couches had some food underneath and some liquid spill across the floor. Nothing we couldn’t deal with and overall had a great time!”

"员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
