It features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Sat-TV, WiFi and air conditioning provide additional comfort. Particularly inviting is the private balcony with sea view, where you can enjoy the sun or have a relaxed breakfast. The apartment is located on the second floor of a small, quietly situated house in the midst of an idyllic green area. A communal barbecue in the garden is available to all guests. A parking space at the property is available, public transport is easily accessible, and the surroundings invite walks in nature. Pets are not allowed. The beach is only about 300 metres away, a marina is located approximately 300 metres away, and you can reach the town centre in around 3 kilometres. In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous activities such as swimming, sailing, tennis, cycling or water sports, and there are also opportunities for wine tasting, museums and nature park visits. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are within walking distance, so you can enjoy your holiday in a relaxed manner.
