It is situated at a quite parth of Pula. It´s ideal for family with children. The house have a big closed courtyard where you can enjoy with your children. The parking is also in the courtyard and a covered terrasse with barbeceu.The seais 3 km and a city center 1 km away.Many shops, a bakery and a restaurant are within 500 m away. The price includes water, electricity, bed linen, towels (one large and one small per person), final cleaning.We recommend coming by car. Dear guest, we take the current Covid-19 situation very seriously, accordingly our objects are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectants and with strict cleaning measures. Laundry is washed with at least 60ºC / 140ºC hot water, and the keys are handed over with a mask and a distance of 2m. Die Kommunikation erfolge unkompliziert über WhatsApp auf deutsch. Auf Anfrage konnten wir sogar schon früher in das Haus ohne das ein Aufpreis verlangt wurde. Generell war der Gastgeber sehr nett und hat sich sehr schnell um alles gekümmert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet. Wir hatten zu 4 genug Platz. Im Vorgarten befindet sich ein Pavillon und eine schöne Grillecke. Hinter dem Haus war ein recht großer Garten in dem sich ungestört Sonnen kann. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in dem Haus und können es nur empfehlen. Der Eigentümer stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Das Häuschen liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstraße mitten im Wohngebiet, ist aber trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen. Wirklich sehr ruhige Lage an einem kleinen Wäldchen. Wenn man will, kann man zu Fuß durch den Wald zur Arena bzw. ins Zentrum von Pula gehen (ca. halbe Stunde). Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Min. an den diversen Stränden in der Nähe. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen und in das Haus eingewiesen. Zusätzlich erhielten wir noch viele sehr gute Tipps zum Aufenthalt und die Umgebung. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen Lage am Waldrand mit einem kurzen Weg (auch zu Fuß) in das Zentrum von Pula.
