"Liked: 1. Large, well-kept, patio at the rear of hotel and the gas fire pit....all about 120 ft from the north shore of Keuka Lake. 2. Room key locks on exit doors, including the patio door of my room. 3. The attentiveness of the breakfast staff. Unique: I like using the stairways when I can. I noticed that the stairwell lighting had a sensor that increased the brightness as motion was detected. Disliked: Room layout....vanity area and bathroom area are separated. Bathroom has a door, but vanity area is open to the main area of the room....lends to disturbing other room occupants. Other-wise I enjoyed my 'studio; king, private patio' room. Nicest Hampton Inn I've ever booked !!"

"Love Glenora. We come every year. Desk manager was awesome in correcting an error on our bill. Another gentleman was even more awesome when he called to tell us we left something in the room and he would mail it to us! "

"We enjoyed our recent stay at Longhouse Manor B&B! They are obviously in the process of improving the property, and most things in our room (#3) were nice and new. The bed and bedding was very comfy! The sitting area had a very nice recliner sofa. Having a room darkening pull down shade was nice as well. The only drawbacks were the bathroom still needs some repairs - specifically the tile around the toilet, and either a new toilet, or a seat that fits properly. The lighting over the mirror could be a bit better as well. But those things didn’t keep us from enjoying our time! And the upstairs common room and deck were wonderful!"

"The room was nice and had a pretty view. Wonderful air conditioning but the office was only open until 830pm. And they probably need a fan in the bathroom. But other than that it was a great and beautiful place to stay. Every one was so nice and friendly "
