"The "apartment" we had rented on the first floor was "unavailable" so they have us the whole upstairs. There was no way to secure the upstairs had anytime been in the apartment below. However, no one was on that apartment during our stay l, luckily. It was basically a frat house vibe upstairs, it was 10 degrees overnight and the heat couldn't keep up. We froze while we slept. Not to mention the scurrying in the attic I heard when I was using the bathroom. Should not be listed on hotels.com."

Awesome location. Other guests would smoke outside the main entrance so the smell was caught in the hallway. I realize that is not something you can manage really. "

"The pool did not open either day @ 7am. Needed to get a front desk person to open the door. Key card kept going red to green not opening. Pool area was cold which made it uncomfortable to use the pool. Sunday the pool did not open until after 9am due to ph levels. Toilet in room ran all night, needed to use the shut off valve to stop it from running. "
