“This is truly a gem near DuPont National Forest. The property location is as close as you would expect - 10 minutes drive to all the waterfalls and scenic hikes as well as stores nearby. My family stayed for 3 days and we had so much fun at the cabin. It has pretty much everything and the owner Susan and Gerald were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The hot tub was a huge plus for the kids. We would definitely visit again. ”

“This was our second stay at the cabin. It was as wonderful as we remembered it. Perfect location between Brevard and Hendersonville, comfortable and clean accommodations, and the porch is a great spot for waiting out an afternoon storm or counting fireflies in the evening. We plan to return again next summer. ”

“We were very pleased and happy with the home. There were kyacks and a canoe that we used almost everyday. The grandchildren swam and played in the lake. The road up to the home was 1.9 miles and our daughter ran on it everyday for a total of four miles a day. Quite the workout! The owner supplied plenty of towels, tissues, paper towels dish soap and dishwasher detergent. There also was tide available if you didn’t bring your own. “Cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for myself, my husband and two children, 8 years and 4 years. Location is very close to Devils Fork State Park and the free pass is a bonus to get you in for free. We would definitely stay again in the future.”

“We stayed here for five days with our two German Sheps and absolutely loved it. First of all, this is the most well stocked rental I think we have ever stayed in, especially kitchen supplies. The proximity to hiking was fantastic, with several excellent hikes in DuPont State Park literally minutes away. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and playing fetch while we enjoyed a fire and the peaceful surroundings. We did make it down to the creek and waterfall on the property, which was beautiful...
