The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. **Location** Stara Baška. The studio is located on a 950 sqm open plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in the house permanently but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KRK BAS 406 (5 persons) and KRK BAS 407, 408, 409 and 410 (each for 3 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. **Dogs** not allowed. **Distances** Shopping 80 m, restaurant 50 m, town centre 400 m. Nightclub in Krk 10 km. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 10 km in Punat. Children's playground 10 km. Baska 28 km. **In summer:** Adriatic Sea 100 m in mora (beach 100 m in Slatina with sand and pebbles). Mooring in Mul 100 m. Fishing in Old Baska 100 m.
