"The service was really bad. The staff at the restaurants were not friendly at all. Very few of them would talk or interact with the guests. At the buffet or any of the restaurants we would ask for a drink and we would be almost done with the meal before the drinks come. The plates were dirty. At the bars they only rinse the cups and serve drinks again to other guests with the same cups. No dish detergent. Rotten smells around the hotel rooms. Room towels were dirty and smell bad.
