"Llegamos y nadie estaba en el lugar. Viajamos lejos para quedarnos en su B&B y nos dejaron por fuera, la página tiene un número equivocado de la propiedad. Fue una experiencia terrible. "It prolly was a bad ass place once, but that was a while back. Room was ample, breakfast was very decent, place was generally clean. Our keys went outta whack four times, ride the elevator on someone else’s key up and down, go to reception, wasted ten minutes every time. No apologies whatsoever, nobody cared, it was prolly happening to everyone. Pools were not clean, service around pools nonexistent, bar was close. Chairs were very very old and need to be thrown away. Beach gets ugly when low tide happens. Food at the adjacent restaurants was comedic, but the price was dramatic, so that was entertaining! Service barely ok! If you have high standards, stay away. This is the worse Westin we ever stayed at. "

"Staff were very courteous. Pickup was prompt and I appreciated the smooth transport of our bags to and from the ferry. The Villa is certainly picturesque and the welcome drink was a nice way to begin our stay. Tasteful decor that was non cluttered. Clean and spacious shower, great big sink in our room. Something that was not addressed was a cigarette smell however which is a challenging odor for me personally to ignore. I figure the prior guest may have smoked in the suite or close enough to leave a trace. I tried my hardest to air the space out to make it more comfortable. The room was nice and cool, not too dry or humid. The restaurant music sounded like AI generated covers of popular western songs, I believe the genre could have been more authentic and suitable to Panama. Dinner was yummy nonetheless and I enjoyed a lovely cappuccino from the kind attendants at breakfast. "

"Great place, well furnished and equipped. Floor to ceiling windows. Staff were working to fix the broken AC when we arrived, which thankfully worked. Complex is Directly on the beach with several lounge chairs and umbrella areas on the property. It’s a rocky beach in front of the hotel but good swimming on the left near the river. "
