"Llegamos y nadie estaba en el lugar. Viajamos lejos para quedarnos en su B&B y nos dejaron por fuera, la página tiene un número equivocado de la propiedad. Fue una experiencia terrible. "Overall, the property and staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The grounds & hotel were beautiful and well-kept, and we especially enjoyed the live entertainment each night. However, some parts of the stay didn’t meet expectations. The excursions and activities booked through the property were quite expensive, and we didn’t feel they matched the value for what we paid. A recurring issue during our stay was the in-room TV, it displayed another guest’s name and room number. Despite visiting the front desk multiple times and having maintenance come by, the issue was never resolved. This was concerning since the TV shows billing details and messages. Restaurant options were limited, and while the food was delicious, portions were small and meals pricey, often around $75 or more for two without alcohol. Most staff members spoke limited English, so communication could be tricky at times. Washcloths weren’t provided automatically, we had to request them. The pool closes when the sun sets and reopens only after morning cleaning, so swimming hours are limited. Be sure to use the mosquito wipes provided, those little things are sneaky and persistent! If you’re not fluent in Spanish, I wouldn’t recommend driving, most road signs & directions are all in Spanish, and driving customs differ from the U.S. Despite the hiccups, the service, scenery, and local charm made the trip memorable especially seeing traffic stop completely to let a sloth cross the road!"

"This hotel has a great beach location. Although we couldn't go into the ocean because of jellyfish allegedly. The sea is best for surfing and water sports not so much relaxing. Pools were fine. The rooms were in need of repairs, first room we found mold and they didn't move us until the next day. Second room was better but showers were leaking, air conditioner smelt of mildew. There is only one restaurant and the food was good but the service was slow, the server had to come back many times to re-take our order. Generally staff was friendly. due to the rooms I wouldn't stay here again, I would probably rent an Air B&B in the area instead next time."

"This place was a beautiful hotel located right next to the dock to get to the island. It's a little boutique hotel which has really great service. The pool was absolutely phenomenal and had a great time exploring the island and having the hotel close to all the other amenities was nice. The room was a little small but at the same time you know you're not going to spend the whole day in the in the hotel room and I would say me and my partner. We had a great time while we were there. We'll definitely be back"
