Overall, this is a very nice resort with a beautiful atmosphere and a lot of potential, but there were several areas that really need improvement. One of the biggest challenges was the limited English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult at times. We also had an ambassador assigned to us, but unfortunately they were not present for 3 of our 5-day trip, which was disappointing and left us without the support we expected. The rooms were clean but definitely outdated and in need of upgrades. The swim-up area was overcrowded every day, making it hard to relax and enjoy. Dining was another letdown — the food quality was poor overall, and making restaurant reservations was a frustrating and time-consuming process. Even small details, like the cheap, hard towels, took away from the luxury experience. Overall, this is a very nice resort with a lot of potential, and we did enjoy parts of our stay, especially the drinks and the overall ambiance. However, improvements in service, room upgrades, food quality, and guest experience would make a big difference.

I think it is a great place to stay for leisure. I stayed with a 9 people family at Golf Villa place. Planning to return in the future.
