Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo y bien cuidado, no nos queríamos ir. Nikki, es super atenta y pendiente de cada detalle. Altamente recomendado para visitar en familia o pareja. Sin duda volveré.

Quiet, clean

I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering how expensive it was. First, there is no bottled water, coffee, or any type of beverage provided in the room. I'm not sure what the point of having a mini fridge is if it's completely empty. Instead, you're given one large glass bottle that you must refill yourself downstairs. And if you want the water cold you must go to the buffet area, We requested more water, and after waiting three hours, someone brought us...another empty glass bottle. The bathroom was also disappointing. The shower had visible mold, and the room only came with two bath towels—no washcloths or hand towels and we had to use our used towel on the floor to soak up the extra water. Another major issue was accessibility. We were staying on the third floor, but the elevator was reserved for staff and was out of service for guests the entire day. The food was, without question, the worst I've ever had at any resort. I ended up living on bread and butter because so little of the food was enjoyable. The pool area was also lacking. There wasn't a single umbrella available for guests, so if you wanted shade, you had to drag your chair under a tree. The beach had the same problem—no umbrellas there either. To make matters worse, the pool was dirty and filled with bugs. The best part of the trip was leaving the resort. I highly recommend taking the $15 taxi ride to another beach, where the water is beautiful and you can enjoy amazing food
