The staff were very nice and as helpful as could be. But there were some niggles, the coffee machine was set in a dark corner of the room with poor instructions on how to use it. It was a struggle to get the key into the lock on the door and impossible to shut it with any sort of quietness, also if you weren't in your room there is absolutely no where to go or sit, no Lounge etc. Part of the reason I booked this establishment was it had its own car park but there were no reserve spaces for guests. So I ended up parking in the street which was what I didn't want to do.

Fabulous Hotel, the bedrooms are so nice. The bathrooms with a shower and a gorgeous big bath. The L'Occitane products are wonderful. Everything about this hotel is wonderful!
