You'll have no end of sightseeing choices when in Real de Catorce. Purisima Concepcion Temple is a good place to start here, but there are lots of other worthwhile places to check out. Centro Cultural de Real de Catorce, Plaza Principal, and Royal Ghost Town are not far from the house of prayer and and will cap off your day nicely.
