Had a really good stay at Space Residency! You can definitely tell this place is going to be a total gem once it's 100% finished.Check-in was pretty smooth—the building is run by a management company, so you just head up to their office on the 2nd floor to grab your room key card. They use a pre-assigned car park lot system, which is great because you get a guaranteed spot. The only small catch is that the specific lot can be a bit tricky and hard to find at first, so definitely take your time navigating the parking levels.The RoomThe room itself was easily the best part. It was super clean, fresh, and incredibly bright with tons of natural light. It just had a really great, inviting vibe the moment we walked in.The CatchThe only real bummer right now is that the building is still finishing up some areas. We noticed some renovation noise and extra movement around the property during the day. It didn't ruin our trip, but it's something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper or planning to hang out in the room all day.Final ThoughtsAll in all, it has amazing potential to be a go-to spot in the future. Once the construction wraps up, this place will be perfect. Would definitely come back!

The rooms are nice. View to singapore also good. Clean and comfortable. The owner said cannot find my phone#, it’s ?? The booking platform seems not good recently. One bath room only. All facility good.

The whole apartment smells like a choked drain so super smelly.luckily we stayed for a night and checked in late.we checked out 8am in e morning cause we cnt sleep well.

The check in experience was good and prompt. However, we were being allocated a room just besides the lift. The whole night there was engine sound. It was disturbing and since I’d already past 12am we tolerated the night. I did feedbacks the next day. Hopefully some customer experience will be provided in order to have our return stay.
