"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the house and patio is gorgeous. It is quiet and serene and very private. There is an office off the master bedroom that is in a sun room. It was a great place to work! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved. The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay."

"This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back."

"My wife, and I took a weekend to get away from our phones, grab the dog, and spend some time together in nature with our phones turned off. This was the perfect place for it. Secluded spot with helpful, friendly hosts; Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals; fishing was great; paddleboat was awesome; homemade apple pecan bread was fantastic (as advertised in other reviews); pup had plenty of area to run. A much need weekend away! We will be back!"

"Myself and two friends went to Cotter to fish the white river. We found the house beautifully decorated and in great condition. It worked perfectly for us as base. Does the construction of the house is older? It is remarkably new and remodeled on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add additional recliners for tired fisherman after a long day on the white catching trout!"

"My family came to this property due to it's proximity to Crooked Creek and the ability to bring our 3 dogs with us. It was a great location that was remote, and a Dollar store down the street if you forget anything. Our only complaint was the beds. The mattresses are not comfortable at all. I would also say the master bed could be a queen just for more space. My husband and I tossed and turned all night, which is normal for us to some degree, but we couldn't get comfortable in the bed. "This is a very nice cabin. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. Comfortable beds. A quiet, private patio area great for visiting and dining. Nice charcoal grill ( bring your own charcoal) Host is very easy to contact. We highly recommend it, all 4 of us."

"Very clean, quite, fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels, there is a creek to drive thru but there is a walk bridge to go over if youre not comfortable driving thru it. Loved getting coffee and sitting outside listening to the animals early morning."

"Very cute cabin directly on the White River. It was a very nice size and had all the comforts of home. Great WIFI and TV options. Very beautiful and peaceful area. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and inviting. Lots of windows, enjoyed the view especially out towards the river. Lots of wildlife, eagles, geese and other birds. It was convenient to fishing guides and several restaurants in Gassville, AR Cabin was a great find as they accepted our dog."
