This was my family's first visit to Costa Rica. He actually sent me an email with places to eat and activities in the area. The house stay also included a concierge named Wai. Wai was incredible. He immediately sent me an email introducing himself as soon as we booked the reservation. We sent us an email with activities we wanted to experience while in CR. He made the recommendations and scheduled all our events. The house also included a housekeeper named Odette. She was very nice and cleaned our laundry and the house daily. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings and kitchen very well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the outside veranda especially in the mornings while having coffee and watching the birds and butterflies. Bedrooms are very comfortable and air conditioner units were great. We also loved the pool area and would spend our afternoons enjoying it. We opted for the private chef for all of our dinners and this turned out to be a great move. He even came early in the morning the day we left to make sure our stay was what we thought it would be. Home is in a great neighborhood. We had monkeys come through everyday mornings and afternoons. We enjoyed getting up early every morning and sitting in the outdoor living area, listening to the monkeys and birds. What are you doing on the left side had a pretty strong smell to it I am glad that we didn’t have to use that bedroom because I don’t think I could’ve slept in it. The surroundings are beautiful and serene. Communication with host and property manager was very good. And they set up great excursions and transportation for us. ##### Christine W. It is best to have a 4 wheel drive and early excursions and plan to get back before dark because it is definitely up at the top of the road. We really enjoyed the sounds and sights of the jungle, including a howler monkey serenade. ##### Curtis M. The house is in a great location, a short drive to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It was clean and comfortable - the beds were so comfy! We loved the downstairs living area that gave our kids their own space. The best part of the house is definitely the outdoor living room. Perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning, a drink in the evening, or a family board game. To sit there and watch the monkeys in the trees was amazing - and we saw many! The pool was big enough for cooling off and for the kids to splash around. Our only complaint is that the pool deck was a bit crowded. It’s not huge to begin with, and it has too many large potted plants. It made it difficult to easily and safely get around the pool. We would definitely recommend this house, and would stay again! ##### Dana S. While we didn’t see much wildlife ( a few birds) we could hear the howler monkeys in the morning which was super cool. The home felt secure and pretty private from neighbors. Wai the concierge was extremely responsive, he helped us with tours and activities. Quepos was a nice town, good beaches. House is very close to Manual Antonio Park. Wai suggested a private chef that cooked the fish we caught, he was excellent. The pool area is small but nice. It was a great place and I would recommend it. We had absolutely no issues, super smooth stay. The road getting there is a little intimidating at first but after you do it once it was fine. ##### Jackie R. This location is just wonderful- particularly if you’re interested in wildlife. Tons of monkeys, toucans, butterflies. The property is very well payed out with three bedrooms/bathrooms plus another half bath. Wai was exceptional from the moment we booked and throughout the trip. Odette cleaned the property daily - and did our laundry. Completely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. ##### Val R. Showed us around and answered all questions. The cleaner was amazing, she did all of our laundry before we left to come home. Great location, close to everything. And we saw monkeys every morning.
