“It feel like it's getting worse every year I come. Also, Expedia Gold means NOTHING here. Shower drain barely works. Room was a sauna when we checked in. Front desk seemed like they hated their job. It just didn't feel like it had in the past. Last time I stayed here, two year ago, we came in and they welcomed us back, gave us a fruit plate since we don't drink. “We absolutely loved our stay at Tulemar in the 1 bedroom villa. The property is incredible with the immersion in the jungle. We enjoyed our patio and seeing sloths and monkeys daily! The shuttle service on property was great to get us around to the beach, restaurants and front entry. The concierge service is incredible, Jorge was so wonderful answering questions leading up to the trip, and during to help in any way he could.
