We also thought there was a washing machine (the listing mistakenly stated that) and the host was willing to cover our laundry service cost for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. “From the picture, the property is actually smaller, there is no bbq grill so cooking becomes a problem if you want to cook meet. The running water was turned on hours after we arrived, and no Hot water at all. Makes taking a shower on rainy days a drag. Not enough pillows or the proper kitchen utensils. And trash was not picked enough, because I was told to put it under the house when full, so wild stray dogs would tear into the bags and drag trash all over yard. They need to get lidded trash……

“Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on……
