I knew nothing about Querétaro and spoke no Spanish. The location was near the highway so I could find it in the dark. The room is huge with queen bed, couch, 2 chairs, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker; free breakfast and attentive staff. They have been very helpful even tho I know very little Spanish and they know very little English. It is less than a mile from the historic district.

Everything is ok like always great beds, showers clean, good food, They need a Wafle machine like any other hotel. The bad thing is they turn off the A/C at 5am and that wakes me up, couldnt sleep again this happened 4 days straight.

¡Urge un cambio de todo! Las instalaciones viejas, se ve que tienen años sin dar mantenimiento, humedad en los baños, las llaves de paso oxidadas y se nota que no les pasan ni un trapo con cloro a la regadera y el lavabo. Las puertas tienen rayones y están muy desgastadas. Hay poco personal, especialmente de limpieza. Ya que la habitación, los pasillos y las áreas comunes estaban llenas de basura y polvo. Tuve que echar sanitizante en la habitación, en el baño, en las camas, almohadas, todo. Porque lo único que cambian son las toallas y ni siquiera puedo asegurar que las laven. Se nota que no lavan la ropa de cama. Por otro lado, el personal tiene una actitud nefasta. La recamarera molestando desde las 10:00 am con que “va a pasar a hacer limpieza”. Lo cual dudo que haga, por lo que ya mencioné. Exactamente a la hora del check-out volvió a tocar la puerta. Eso es molesto para los huéspedes. Es como si vinieran a correrte de la habitación. Bajamos a esperar el taxi en el lobby, y otra señorita, pasando la escoba y el trapeador, literalmente sobre nuestros pies, cuando había más espacio donde podía barrer, sin hacer esa grosería, además, burlándose. La recepcionista, con cara de fastidio, que se nota que odia su trabajo. Las únicas personas amables, fueron el señor que nos recibió en la entrada y una chica de la cocina. No puedo creer cómo es que manejan la marca de Marriott y el hotel esté en pésimas condiciones y en todos los aspectos. En verdad, no vuelvo.
