The property location is right next to the Okada hotel. When you book they don't send the hotel name and room # till you aree supposed to arrive. Unfortunately I didn't receive the email till I had already arrived in Manila so we has a hard time locating where we were staying. As far as the room goes it is not a luxury or a penthouse. We were on the 5th floor. The room was 2 bedroom 2 restrooms a dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. No restaurants around though 7/11 downstairs has quite a bit of things to purchase. The internet was non existent so no tv also. Pretty disappointing after going out all day and not being able to wi fi or tv watch. The location is good and the stay was good. The new Ayala Mall is also really close and MOA is a 5 minute taxi. I would stay here again. The staff was very professional and helpful.
