Lovely, cozy hotel in a very convenient location. I loved my room! The staff was really good, very nice, professional and accommodating. The breakfast was very limited, very plain and simple. No healthy choices.

Hotel was generally clean. None of the listed amenities were available. No towels in the rooms, TV did not work had to supply batteries for the remote. Perhaps this hotel is more geared for local travel but not for tourists. Key card did not work and key provided had wrong information. Room was nice and spacious. Washroom was very clean and modern. Room had a nice nook with table and chairs.

The room and the bathroom were very spacious and very clean. Location is very close to historic district of Quito. Parking just in front of hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception and a really cool and chill guard dog. The rooftop bar is fantastic. Breakfast was good, but just basic.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer tollen Atmosphäre und wirklich sehr schöner Gestaltung. Leider gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt einige Punkte, die den positiven Eindruck getrübt haben. Zunächst bekamen wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Nach unserer Beschwerde konnten wir glücklicherweise in ein Zimmer mit Fenster wechseln. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls etwas enttäuschend: Pro Person gab es nur eine Tasse Kaffee, weitere wurden nicht angeboten. Außerdem wurde ausschließlich Spanisch gesprochen und leider kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation teilweise schwierig gemacht hat. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber beim Service und bei der Kommunikation besteht aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The décor is unique and full of character, giving the property a charm that’s different from a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. One of the best things about staying here is the convenience. It’s truly a one-stop shop—you can easily arrange tours and transportation, and there’s great food and drinks available without having to leave the property. The highlight for us was the rooftop lounge. The nighttime views are absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax and end the day with a cocktail while taking in the city lights. We would definitely stay here again!

El hotel es muy lindo, es una casa antigua muy bien mantenida pero le falta para ser 4 estrellas. En el baño faltan perchas para colgar toallones y toallas, no hay secador de pelo, no hay un vado para los cepillos de dientes ni tampoco una repisa para poner el shampoo y jabón. El desayuno es malísimo!

La experiencia fue muy buena, personal amable y servicial. La habitacion muy amplia y bien cuidada. La ubicacion esta cerca al centro historico. Mi unico inconveniente fue el wifi a veces no tenia señal y no podia ver television en la habitacion (netflix, etc)
