Great stay. Very clean. We stayed at hard rock on the way out on our trip and we actually enjoyed stoney creek better. The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and actually there was a guest checking in before us and they were having troubles with thier credit cards. The front desk girl politely asked them to keep looking for the correct card while she helped us. She went over to another computer and checked us in. I was so grateful she just did not leave us to wait until the other guests issue was resolved. She was very polite and respectful of pur time. Great job to the female staff member who checked us in. Maybe customer service is not dead.
