breakfast was included in our stay. Although it was somewhat chaotic in the breakfast room, there was plenty of good food to choose from (hot and cold).
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was comfortable. We thought it was reasonable value for money given general prices of stays in London.
Location? Very handy for the Tate Britain Museum and the easiest underground station to get to was Pimlico (around 10 mins stroll away).
One 'issue' we identified was the harsh fluorescent tube lighting in the corridor....For those with visual impairment the corridor lighting to the rooms may seem trendy, but it definitely doesn't help if you have some vision issues.
Room layout? Somewhat quirky arrangements for bathroom and wash area! But the room was clean and well-maintained. Good hanging space for clothes etc.
