The accommodation is located directly on the sea and is particularly suitable for couples, small families and guests arriving with their own boat. Two balconies, one with a sea view, and a private boat jetty make this apartment an ideal base for relaxed holiday days on the Adriatic.



The holiday apartment A2 offers space for up to three people and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a comfortable living area with a sofa bed and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen with dining area allows for easy self-catering. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days.



The two balconies are particularly inviting. From the balcony at the dining area you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, whilst the second balcony at the bedroom offers additional space to relax. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are already provided.



The well-maintained holiday home comprises a total of five apartments and features an on-site taverna directly on the sea. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean specialities and, if desired, book breakfast, half board or full board. A breakfast room and a cosy fireplace room are also available.



For boat holidaymakers, the accommodation offers particularly attractive options: boats up to 7 metres in length can be moored at the private pier upon request. Storage spaces for boat trailers are also available. A car park is available directly at the house.



The location in Barbat is ideal for discovering the island of Rab and its varied coastal landscape. Shopping facilities, restaurants and various leisure activities are located in the surrounding area. Whether swimming, snorkelling, water sports, boat trips, cycling or tennis – active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation will find something to suit them here. Excursions to the surrounding nature parks are also recommended.



The rental price includes air conditioning, final cleaning, check-in and check-out fees, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels as well as electricity and water. Additional fees apply for boat moorings and optional catering services. Pets are not permitted. The holiday apartment is let from April to October.
