Will never come back.
1) I had to wait around 20 minutes outside before the owner came to the building where the flat is. 2) The household was not made, the owner only changed the sheets during the check-in (same duvet, same pillows used by previous tenants), when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner told me that he had only this apartment available, that I can cancel if I don't like their service and that the housekeeping had not been done because a maid come every 2 days. 3) Some spoons are rusty among dishes, I could not use them because the dishes were badly washed and ALL sponges to wash dishes were dirty, it is a real shame. 4) A maid came 2 days later but the household was botched, and she complained that the owner did not leave the necessary equipment for her work, one of the reasons why the household is badly done. 5) You have to call the guard through his window whenever you want to get your car back into the car park or take it out, the owner has a remote control for the parking door but he did not want to give it to me. 6) I found traces of urine on the wall of the toilet, there were also urine odors. 7) WiFI : poor quality. I used expedia several times for different stays (Mexico, France, Canada, Spain and Morocco) and this is the 1st time I got a so so so BAD SERVICE, the flat is nice but useless for me because of this bad service and so dirty flat, I will never come back even for a free stay, not worth the price for $60 per night.
Pros: Nothing but the area where the apartment is located
Cons: Their service, hygiene, respect of the customer.
Location: the area is very good, one of the best in Rabat, nice restaurants, shops etc.. pity the service is so bad
