"We could not have been more pleased. A dear friend of mine and myself decided to take a little get-away with our dogs. This place was perfect. It is an adorable little house with a fenced in yard and also very well appointed and decorated so nicely. What we really loved is it was spotless. We felt so comfortable here and definitely plan on coming back. It is so close to everything. We loved the local park that we were able to take our dogs to. We watched the sunset each night with them. Beautiful area. Close to GOTL and local wineries as well. Grand River is perfect for dogs in the summer as it’s very shaded. The neighbor is so friendly and we felt very safe in this cute and peaceful neighborhood. . Highly recommend. "
"The location was peaceful and secluded, spacious for a large family group. The cabin itself was clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — fully stocked kitchen to extra blankets. The hosts were responsive and made check-in easy. The cabin had a lot of charm and was in a beautiful setting, but there were a few drawbacks. While it was mostly clean, some areas could have used a bit more attention especially the patio -grill area where you are supposed to cook and hang out was dusty, dirty with leaves and some spider webs and had bird droppings on some surfaces; we had a few issues with one of the showers leaking but we still had a pleasant stay overall. With a few improvements, this place could be excellent."

"This house was absolutely perfect for our getaway to Geneva! With six girls and all our stuff, we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The home is beautifully updated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need - from kitchen essentials to cozy touches throughout.The outdoor space was a highlight! We spent most of our time hanging out on the back deck and enjoying the hot tub. The location is also fantastic - just a short drive to the strip and the beach, and only a brief walk to Driftwood Point where you can catch an amazing sunset over the lake. The only hiccup was finding the house initially. The address listed on the VRBO page led us to the main road rather than the actual street the house is located on, so we had to do a bit of extra driving and investigating to locate it. FYI Uber/Lyft do not service the area however Sunset Taxi does "

"Amazing property with lots to do. Kitchen had everything I could possibly need. Great communication with the property owner. A little dusty but no cleanliness issues. Fast road right outside led to some overnight noise. Loved it!!!"

"The house was nice and clean. It was well stocked with everything you would need. The free standing air conditioner was not up to task of 90 degree weather and the room was uncomfortably warm by 3:00pm. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It was a great location for us. "

"We enjoyed the lake front views and fire pit. You share the water access with other cabins. There was a little wood there for us to enjoy. It was much dirtier than expected. Bugs and leaky ant traps everywhere. I had to mop the floors to make it walkable- so slimy! It was a nice distance from Geneva-on-the-Lake downtown and local wineries. "

"We stayed three nights the house could definitely use a good cleaning had lots of cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills of the bedrooms. Back Porch was a mess chairs were filthy. We had six of us and they only had three wash rags had to call for more. Had to ask for a bedroom AC unit no central air. Dryer didn’t work. We made the best of it. "

"Seriously the best experience and vacation home we could have planned for a girls weekend. They had thought of everything (beach chairs, full kitchen) and treated us with local wine and cinnamon bread for when we had arrived. We enjoyed the private beach and this beautiful home which the pictures do not do justice. The host was so communicative and ran into no issues whatsoever. We will definitely be back!!"
