"This was an easy hotel to get to off the highway. A bit of noise from the highway heard in our room, but not enough to keep us awake. We checked in about 7pm, and there was just one staff person working. A bit of a wait but not too long. There were more staff in the morning which all seemed friendly & helpful. The room was a good size and clean. When we checked out for some reason they could not find me in their system, and I am hoping to be reimbursed for the $25.00 incidental hold charged to my credit card. Before leaving we headed out to Geneva State Park to see Lake Erie. The drive is 13 miles & easy to get to from hotel. We had never seem any of the great lakes & its worth the trip, they are amazing!"

"If I could give double the stars, I would! My extended family were all in town for a wedding and 10 of us, ranging from 25 years old to 89. shared the property. It was absolutely perfect for our group and Beth was so incredibly accommodating to all our high maintenance needs. The games, game room, coffee pods, cleanliness, space, location… etc. It checked every box! Thanks for a great experience and a wonderful weekend, Beth!"

"We stayed here for my bachelor party weekend and had an awesome experience! The place was perfect for what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location. We especially loved the ping pong table, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do at the house, while still being really convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area.We spent time at both Geneva-on-the-Lake and downtown Geneva, and both were just a short drive away. The house also has tons of natural light, which made the space feel even more open and inviting.One thing to note is that you do have to walk up two flights of stairs to access the house, so it may be challenging for anyone with limited mobility.Renee was a fantastic host and made everything incredibly easy from check-in through checkout. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the weekend.It was the perfect home base for a memorable bachelor party weekend. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back!"

"Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire ring, gazebo with table and chairs. There was wood provided for the fire. We didn't know if we would need wood so we took some. Left it for the next guests. Just a suggestion for a few more kitchen items, pizza cutter, serving bowls and spoons, only service for six in dishes and silverware which meant washing dishes after every meal. They need a few more dish towels and dish cloths with having to wash and dry dishes. A dish drainer would be helpful. It was great that they provided beach towels to use. Beautiful air fryer oven but we couldn't find a user manual. We didn't use it because we didn't want to damage it. This house is all newly renovated and so nicely decorated. Great large wall TV in living room with beautiful picture. Backyard very private and so relaxing. Great washer and dryer. Wifi worked great. Lots of parking in drive way. Host was so helpful when we had had difficulty with front door lock. We had a great week. Would come again. They provided makings for s'mores and really enjoyed them over our fire. Thanks."

"This was a girl's trip to wine country. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us the opportunity to have our own space but also had great common areas to gather together. The house was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in older homes before and the farmhouse did not have some of the issues that these other older homes had such as overly creaky floors. Natalia did a great job of communicating information the day of our arrival and throughout the trip. We had no need to contact her due to everything being great in the home. I would definitely rent this property again when returning to Grand River Valley."
