“After a storm the hotel power went out from 3:30pm until 11:30pm. Guests were not provided with any information on power restoration ETA. The restaurant closed for dinner two hours early without notice and didn’t serve breakfast, only fruit and granola bars at the front desk (only the lobby and restaurant had power). The front desk won’t answer calls from third party booking services making it a problem to get any type of refund. We were not offered to be walked to another property with power……

“Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevant et je ne le recommande pas. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l'établissement était dans un état de propreté inacceptable. La salle de bain était très mal entretenue, avec de la rouille visible dans la douche. Les draps semblaient sales et usés, et plusieurs surfaces de la chambre présentaient des traces de saleté.
