There was some water damage in my room. On the base boards. Located in the bathroom. I had two house keeping ladies. One was horrible. She wasn't helpful, at all". While, the other one balanced out the first. The manager, I would rate him at 3. Very pitiful customer service. $71.00 was supposed to be refunded. Never got it. The kitchen and bar were great. I'll give them a 5 star. Over all this site has a awesome ocean view. At the rooftop.

Very decent place. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good food as well. The room is spacious and has basic amenities - washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There's also a swimming pool but I didn't request for it to be operational so it wasn't. It's close (walking distance if you don't mind walking) to the beach, restaurants and shops around. They can also get you in touch with a tour group if you'd like a day tour of the island. Note that you'd have to pay for air conditioning and an extra charge (tax?) Overall, enjoyed my stay there.

Frequently asked questions

Is Rabil better suited for a beach vacation or a cultural trip?
Rabil is primarily a beach destination, known for its expansive sandy shores and clear waters. Travelers can enjoy popular spots like Praia da Chave and Estoril Beach, both about 5 miles from central Rabil, or venture further to Praia de Santa Monica, about 14 miles away.

Rabil also offers some cultural attractions, such as the Chapel of Our Lady of Fatima, located about 7 miles from central Rabil. Your Rabil vacation package can be customized to focus on relaxing by the sea or exploring these local points of interest.
How can I save money on a Rabil vacation package?

Do you need to rent a car in Rabil, or is public transport enough?
For a Rabil vacation package, a rental car offers the most flexibility for exploring the island beyond your resort. While many beach resorts provide on-site dining and activities, a car allows you to easily visit other popular beaches like Praia de Santa Monica, about 14 miles from central Rabil, or cultural sites such as the Chapel of Our Lady of Fatima, about 7 miles away.

If your Rabil beach vacation packages focus primarily on staying at one resort, a car might not be essential for daily needs. However, for travelers looking to discover the diverse landscapes and attractions of Boa Vista, a rental car is a convenient option to enhance your Rabil vacation.
Can I change or cancel my Rabil vacation package if my plans change?
Yes, you can cancel your vacation package via your itinerary page on Expedia or by contacting customer service. Remember that some packages are fully refundable, but the details vary based on each unique booking. A fully refundable package may depend on how far out from the travel dates you're canceling and what airline you are traveling with.

How does free cancellation work on Rabil vacation packages?
Free cancellation on a Rabil vacation package depends on the specific hotel and rate combination you book. Many bookings allow free cancellation up to a stated deadline (often a few days before travel) where eligible. Read the cancellation terms carefully when reviewing the package, and visit Expedia help center for further details.
Is it cheaper to book a Rabil vacation as a package or separately?
