Access to bush track. Dogs welcome. Private and quiet two bedroom unit. Wake up to Green Trees and bird song and in season an abundant orange tree outside your door. For those who like a walk access to the Bryant bush track is just 150 meters up the road. And for surfers the famous left-hand break at Manu Bay is two minutes up the road and then another couple of minutes to Whale bay. Ngaranui beach access is 900 meters back down the road towards Raglan for safe swimming and surfing. 5 minute drive back to Raglan's unique cafes and restaurants and art galleries. The unit has a sunny afternoon deck along the front and side. The unit is on the lower floor with your own driveway and private Entrance while the home owner lives upstairs. There is a barbecue on the deck and a basic kitchenette with microwave and hob top but no full oven. There is a small under bench fridge with small freezer compartment.
