No towels, no hot water, no pool, no business center, no milk for cereal and no coffee.
Just a start of the worst hotel stay ever. Staff didn’t have a clue what to do. Check in took over 30 minutes, computer was slow, clerk was slow. We never saw a luggage cart the entire weekend, clerk said there was nothing they could do.
Wallpaper was peeling and rooms were very worn. Shower curtain was full of mold and no stopper for the tub. Hand towels were in the room but no face cloths or bath towels. The bottles of shampoo and body wash had been cut with water. There was no hot water!
The business center had been removed and was used as storage for chairs. The pool was closed and from what we were told had been closed for over a month.
Breakfast was a joke. Cereal was available but there was no milk, the eggs were so wet it took wads of napkins to dry it off. They ran out of yogurt, juice and coffee! The juice was from powder and undrinkable. There was a choice of bread and a couple of bagels. They ran out of waffle batter and syrup. The worker just kept saying to everyone that they were out and nothing else was available.
The clerks said that everyone was complaining about the same things!!!!!!
Last time for LaQuinta, no excuse for this awful treatment for customers.
