The stay was very peaceful and location of the property is very convenient as all major places like malls hospital business centre are just step away. "What they advertise is NOT what you get. The rooms are dated....1980s
Front desk staff Manish is horrible.
I only stayed for one night as I though it was close to the airport. Its a good 40 min ride.
Complimentary shuttle is a joke. I requested it and got a run around story. Ending up paying my own fare to the hotel and on my return the taxi driver took 200 IND from me. (Toll fees) as he calls it, even though we passed through none.
Im sorry but my time and experience was awful. "

"Dont go by photos! the area around the property is terrible! There so much dirt around the hotel and it smells so bad! I booked it online for my parents and they charged me atleast twice as much as you would pay if you walked in to the hotel to get a room! The service and staff are of no help either! I just regret booking this for my old folks! Never booking this again!"

"Was worried about staying at this property because last month we stayed in hayatt hotel but how manager handled everything was amazing,I suffer with my stomach and soon as he found out he ask chef’s to make moong khichadi for us. 5 minutes walk and you see marks and Spencer and other good stores and if you take rickshaw and visit lovely park and all famous places so it’s a very convenient spot.I would stay here again and recommend to everyone because the service we get from here never gets from other 5stars hotels."
