The best part about staying here were the friendly. If you manage your expectations then this place will suit all your needs. It is an older place and definitely no bells and whistles. Depending on where you are, you can hear the garage door opening and floor creaking but that didn’t both us much at all. The shower head can use some work because it was spraying water everywhere. Breakfast was simple and good. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for our first time in Fairbanks.

Good Thing is that they provide drinking water but after 11 PM nobody is there to refill the water.
Breakfast options are very ordinary.
Kitchen area is very small for the room with Kitchenette.

The room was spotless, housekeeping was really nie, the complimentary breakfast was nice, the whole vibe of the inn was cozy, and the sheets were clean. No complaints. Would stay here again.
