“We had a change of plans for our road trip and found this delightful B and B at the last minute. We were very pleasantly surprised; the property is beautiful architecturally, the hosts were really gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Murphy's is a little foodie haven with a bunch of local cellar doors open to the public, and historic goldrush era buildings in the surrounding villages. “It was great and everything it said about it was true. We really enjoyed the back deck and view of a lake where kids were fishing. It was extremely hot for the weekend, but AC great. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owners ”

“The house is beautiful! Decorated so cute. Very spacious. Amenities…WOW! They have thought of EVERYTHING!! The downstairs game/theater room was a hit for our young adult kids (ages 15-22). The fire pit out back and hot tub are lovely perks. Unfortunately it was TOO cold our stay to enjoy outside. We stayed for christmas. The entire house was decorated! We brought a tree to set up but didnt have to bother with it. Brought our own games and puzzles but they had that covered too! The house is……
