It appears to be used as homeless accommodation and there are a few men staying there long term- there was a man sitting outside my room all the time. I was scared to leave my room to use the coed bathroom at night and actually ended up having nightmares about it. Don't recommend to solo female travellers it's a bit too scary. There is no one ever at reception."
