Beautiful studio in Labin with swimming pool

  • Apartments CIO172, CIO173, CIO174, CIO175 and CIO176 are located in the small village Sveti Lovrec Labinski. They are spread in two houses on one plot and have a common pool and a small 4 m² pool for children. There is also a common playing field for basketball, soccer and badminton. The nearest beach is in the small village of Tunarica, which is a green oasis and also hosts a small campsite. Visit the old town of Labin and the tourist Rabac with one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. The viewpoint Skitaca is also worth seeing.

Alle Leute sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Verständigung nur auf englisch möglich, keine Deutschkenntnisse vom Inhaber. Die Rutsche auf dem Bild war nicht vorhanden, würde ich villeicht ändern, da sich Kinder darauf freuen.

Wir waren 2Wochen in der Ferienwohnung,sie müsste vieleicht etwas aufgefrischt werden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, leider spricht nur der Hausherr etwas deutsch.Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
